Our speciality.  An Ayurvedic recipe, since 1940.  Combination of 14 herbs, spices and flowers in perfect balance and harmony.  Suitable for all body types and all ages.  Safe to consume in all seasons and reasons.  Is heart and brain healthy.  Helps boost the respirotary system and aids in digestion.

Ingredients:  Tulsi, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Clove, Rose and many more.  Spices are from the plantations of Kerala supporting farmers.  Hand-crafted Masala Chai blend.  Prepared fresh in small batches.

Brewing instructions:  Boil water, add 1tsp per cup of tea leaves, boil again, add milk.  Give two boils.  Strain and serve.  Adding sugar is optional.  Can be made with almond or soy milk.
