Rose Mulethi

Selfcare tip:  For clearing your throat and nasal path with a calming effect on the head-ache.  If you are someone who uses the voice box a lot, this chai blend is perfect for you. 

Ingredients:  Licorice (Mulethi), Rose (Gulab) balanced with spice mix.

Mulethi or Licorice - A natural bronchodilator and expectorant relieves cough, cold, sore throat and bronchitis and eases the throat. Keeps the respiratory tract healthy.

Rose or Gulab - Mood lifting, hydrating and anti-inflammatory.  Immediately calms the senses which are tired due to continues irritation of throat.  

Spice Mix - combination of spices like black pepper and ginger to balance rose and mulethi.

Brewing instructions:  Regular stove top chai.  Boil water, add 1 tsp tea Rose Mulethi chai blend.  Boil again and add milk.  Give two boils, strain and serve.  Naturally sweet, try without sugar.
