Ayurveda Refresh

Ayurveda is a way of life. A way of life, which is always refreshing for self and the planet. With, Ayurveda Refresh, we are creating that balance for you in a tea cup. The tea is moderately hot and spicy.

An excellent concoction for refreshing your body from inside. Can be had any time of the day. Preferably should drink plain. You may add little sugar to the warm brew. Do not add honey to hot or warm tea. 

Tangy Gingery Aroma Benefit Cleanses Refreshes and Restores – Physical, Mental and Emotional balance. Main Ingredients Ginseng, Turmeric, Clove, Moringa. 

Brewing instructions:  Take about a tea spoon (2 grams) in a cup. Pour water at 80 degree. Do not add boiling hot water, the green tea will turn bitter if you add boiling hot water.

Brew the same tea leaves twice.

Consume 4 grams daily for best results.

Tip: Used tea leaves could be added to house plants.  Make excellent manure.
